Why would people want to create these which hunts and other questions, discuss.
It is only for the fact that others are different. People seek power, so in order to do that there must be a lower order. That order must be evil and a disgrace to the deity they worship. Most likely God or some form of him. People feel that another religion is alien and devilry, so a hunt is set out.
